Applications Reported: Rat IgG2b Isotype Control eFluor® 450 has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: eFluor® 450 Rat IgG2b Isotype Control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Use isotype control at the same concentration as experimental antibody.
